ConversationPackage could not be loaded error in VS 2022

Per @christinemaulsby,

Tuesday Copilot Chat worked great in VS 2022 17.8. Today I'm receiving ConversationPackage could not be loaded error. This is greatly affecting my work as I depend heavily on Copilot Chat.

Note: I've uninstalled/reinstalled Copilot and Copilot Chat; I repaired VS; I upgraded to 17.9; i cleared cache; I reset general settings. None have resolved the issue.

Additional information -
This morning when i started up Visual Studio (17.9.5) I received a different error message. The copilot output now says unsupported version of visual studio. So I downgraded back to 17.9.3 and now am receiving the 'ConversationsPackage' package did not load correctly error again.

Hi folks,

This issue affected a small # of C++ users on an early version of 17.11 Preview. An update was rolled out early April so I'm going to close this issue.
