Offering free copilot for popular open source isn't implemented rationally it seems,
because it can only waste more than 99.9% of the reader's attention,
(and there is no indicator or clue what might be additional requirments next to popularity)
For example, among the 8.4 million of open source projects that have more than 1 star,
https://github.com/code-charity/youtube is easily more popular & more code than 1 in a 1000
