New release Bacularis 2.5.1

Hello Everybody,

We prepared a quick Bacularis release 2.5.1. This is a minor bug fix release. We fixed support for PHP 7.4 and 8.0 that has been broken in version 2.5.0. Also we fixed creating restricted user by new user wizard.

Binary packages 2.5.1 for popular Linux distributions are available already in the package repositories. Docker container images 2.5.1 are available in the Docker Hub repositories.
