You can find these files in the top level of the GitHub repository. They are named snappergps_1_0_0.mnb and snappergps_1_0_0.mnt, one for the bottom layer and one for the top layer. The names "pick and place file" and "centroid file" may be used interchangeably by some manufacturers.
