Customer and vendor notification upon successful NetLicensing Shop transaction

How my customers, as purchasers of our software product, are informed of the success of the transaction (email?, notification from NetLicensing site?) and how is my company, as seller of the SW product, is notified of the transaction?

Customer Notifications

After a successful NetLicensing Shop transaction, the customer receives notification emails from both NetLicensing and the payment provider. NetLicensing sends an order confirmation email using a standard template, while the payment provider sends an email once the transaction details are available.

Vendor Notifications

Vendors have several options for receiving notifications about new NetLicensing Shop transactions.

NetLicensing Notifications

The NetLicensing Notifications feature allows vendors to define and configure webhooks for specific NetLicensing events. These events include:

• Licensee Create: Triggered when a new customer is created.
• License Create: Triggered when a license is created as a result of the license acquisition via the NetLicensing Shop.

Shop Return Link

The successURL parameter for the Shop token can be specified as a callback URL to be used after a successful transaction. This callback URL, provided by the vendor, should implement the necessary handling of NetLicensing requests following the customer's transaction.
