Description of issue

I've made a stab at upgrading the opencascade formula to 7.81 in this PR.

I think the formula itself is good, however, two dependent formula gmsh and f3d need rebuilding, because they were built against link against opencascade 7.7.

I've tried to bump the revision number of these formula in that same PR, but this results in a timeout in CI.

I'm think bumping the revision number is the correct response to this, based on an old PR bumping from 7.6 to 7.7.0?

Does this PR just need the long build tag adding by a maintainer?

I'm totally new to brew development, and currently stumped, any help would be appreciated.
