Description of issue

I tried to do a dry run of exiftool version update. This is the output in my terminal:

$ brew bump-formula-pr --dry-run --version=12.62 exiftool 
Error: This formula is not in a tap!

I searched in existing discussions but could not find a solution. This is my first time trying to update a formula, so I might be doing something wrong. Please help.

brew tap homebrew/core
export HOMEBREW_NO_INSTALL_FROM_API=1
