Some brew-installed tools built with Rust can't find libgcc_s.so.1

Having an issue similar to #3415 (comment) perhaps

For example:

> fd -h
fd: error while loading shared libraries: libgcc_s.so.1: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

> LD_PRELOAD=/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libgcc_s.so.1 fd -h
fd 8.4.0
...

Reinstalling from source, they work fine, but I would also like to know how to fix this issue with my Homebrew.
