Problem

Given an inlang project that includes the language tags de and de-AT, de-AT is a superset of de. If a message does not exist in de-AT, a fallback to de is logical. The fallback logic does not exist at the moment.

Proposal

1. wait for the match function implementation that matches variants
2. extend the match function to include a fallback mechanism for language regions
