Add machine translation alternatives to Google Translate

It is more of a feature request.

The cli has a lot more potential if it offered alternatives to Google Translate when it "npx @inlang/cli machine translate". There are many that want to ship the automated translations into production and can afford a lower quality than human translation.

The alternatives can be DeepL API, ChatGPT API, etc.

Why? There a lot of solo devs or small teams out there that want a quick translation that is "good enough" for production.

DeepL and ChatGPT (the latter having also the contextual advantage) are tools that can output much better translations than Google Translate.
