Move file with mirrorbrain

Mirrorbrain does not rehash files properly if they are renamed. They should be probably touched also to get the rehash done. A solution (an alias, a script) should be introduced in the mirrorbrain docker image to allow to do that properly.

This issue was moved by kelson42 from kiwix/maintenance#106.
