The instance startup script for AWS seems to assume a completely different repository layout and thus should be either marked as deprecated or just removed.

I think if people want to deploy on AWS they just need to find out how to set up and connect to a cluster and then should be able to use our crawl.yaml and maybe even the redis-box.yaml

@englehardt do you have any strong feelings on this topic?
