ProCat Flash Error with Plover

Plover seems to recognize my ProCat Flash but when I go into paper type nothing comes up when I press a key. I go into configure and change COM ports and it seems to only connect with COM 8 but when I press a key on the steno maching I get Error: Discarding incomplete Packet. B0000000. Depending on what key I push I may get more or less zeros in the error code

Installed the latest Plover. Installed a brand new USB serial adapter cable. Changed COM ports to get the software to work

I expected that Plover would work with my machine.

I use the Keyspan19H with my Flash. Never had any problems with it.
