Hi,

As just discussed by email with some participants in this project. Rights information needs to be an URI. This needs to happen from a legal point of view. Having the name of license present as license information is not legally correct. A license is only correct if the license itself is included or the location of the license is included. The name of the license does not tell us the place where it resided. The URI to the license page does.

It this an URI on the website of an cultural organisation where they state their content is CC0 licensed, or just an URI the license (eg. http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/)?

Best practice in the Open Data world is the URI to the license page. So to a Creative Commons page.

Do we have an update on the timeframe of fixing this?

Thanks

This is gradually being fixed ;) -- Mostly a bit time consuming since we're adding tests for the collections involved at the same time.

Haha, geen idee maar de API ligt er al een tijdje uit en vraag me af of we binnenkort tijd hebben om deze weer online te krijgen.
