different naming of Nijmegen collections #124

Two collections names are formed by combining:
self.original_item['instelling'], self.original_item['collectie'])

VierdaagseItem collection name is formed like this:
self.original_item['Collectie'], self.original_item['Trefwoord'])

My suggestion would be to name Vierdaagse the same as the other sources.
