Using Google client-side libraries, we should be able to manage BigQuery queries from the frontend
https://www.npmjs.com/package/googleapis
https://www.npmjs.com/package/@google-cloud/local-auth

For now, we can create a separate Supabase table for tracking and managing BigQuery jobs/results

Now that we have Clickhouse, closing in favor of #1268
