BigQuery studio has moved into the Google cloud console (compared to when it first launched). That means that you have to setup Google cloud projects and billing. I wonder if there's an easy way to do that programmatically via API.

Otherwise, we may need to walk users through how to setup for the first time

Since we are moving to Clickhouse for user-facing queries, going to close this in favor of the billing epic:
