Problem rotating broker ruby193-mcollective-client.log

When log reaches maximum log file is not rotated and following errors are logged in /var/log/openshift/broker/httpd/error_log

log writing failed. closed stream
log shifting failed. closed stream

Origin version 4 on CentOS 6.5 installed using oo-install

Similar problems appeared on Origin installed from nightly repo, but they were releated to SELinux permissions. No AVCs logged this time.

This is a known issue BZ #963332

We've somewhat resolved the issue by not logging to a file. The openshift.sh script used in oo-install now configures the mcollective client as such:

logger_type = console
loglevel = warn

The change was made here: openshift/openshift-extras#319
