How to setup project as a python module

Hi All,

I find this project very interesting and want to use its capabilities on NLP problems (right from ingestion --to-- graph capabilities and ontologies --to-- giving out the results). I went through the documentation but couldn't find instructions on how to set this up as a package in windows or run it as a python app and use its capabilities.

Can someone please help me direct on what should I do to use it as a project module?
