This issue has been ongoing since version 6.15 or/and before. Just detected now. It appears when Patches are displayed partially using scrollbars the redimensionning of objects is bugged, ie. doesn't display as wanted on all platforms (OS). Suspect this is related to the main api.

Seems it has been fixed in release 6.20. [to be followed]

In fact it is not yet solved. It could be related to transient-drawing.
