test: add integration testing

This PR is an initial effort to implement integration testing for:

• Our harmony chart
• The harmony tutor plugin

The idea is to test the basic features offered by the global add-ons included in our umbrella chart and check their proper integration with OpenedX instances using the Harmony plugin.

This PR is still WIP, however, Edunext will be putting some effort in the next few weeks (2-4 weeks) to get this PR to a more stable state and ask for review officially.
