Updates Page - New MFE is not displaying

When I go to the Updates Page in Studio on the Redwood testing site, I do not see the new text editor, and it seems that the MFE version of this page is not displaying at all.

Expected behavior:

I should see the newly designed Paragon page, and I should see the new WYSIWYG text editor when I click on "new update": https://openedx.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/OEPM/pages/4145217541/Studio+Facelift+-+Product+Release+Notes#Course-Updates-Page

Instead, I see the Legacy updates page.

edX.org is working properly and the new MFE updates page is displaying correctly.

The new Files page is now displaying properly. This is fixed.
