On the Chicago eLMS, this meeting has items with a passed status: https://chicityclerkelms.chicago.gov/Meeting/?meetingId=AA6D883B-7526-EE11-9965-001DD804E11C

However, on Councilmatic, the actions are blank: https://chicago.councilmatic.org/event/city-council-36f0eeaff8f7/

Looks like the vote related entity is not captured

this is a problem with the source system. notice that on the bill pages it says the vote happened on july 14, but the meeting was on july 13.
