Oskar should offer family-based association analysis running on Spark framework and taking Parquet files as input. The most-used family-based association analysis is the transmission disequilibrium test (TDT) given case/control phenotypes and pedigree information.

The Spark TDT implementation will follow the Oskar Analysis and AnalysisExecutor schema and rely on the TDT transformer already implemented in Oskar.
