HPO terms in clinical analysis

When uploading a VCF file in Clinical Analysis, information about HPO terms can be introduced manually in the upload form. It would be great if IVA provides a modal window in which HPO terms are shown as a tree or the user can introduce an HPO term with an autocomplete option.

A suggestion could be to add a modal window similar to the one implemented for ICD-10 terms in variant-clinical-upload.html web component
