Compute stats for variants #129

To compute statistics for a variant dataset is a useful feature. A command line "variant stats" will be provided and statistics should be computed for:

  • Files
  • Samples
  • Cohorts (note that the study stats correspond to the cohort "ALL" stats)

Statistics are stored in the variant metadata file associated to that variant dataset.
