Issue with installation - conflicting requirements #9

ERROR: Cannot install -r requirements.txt (line 4) and docutils==0.16 because these package versions have conflicting dependencies.

The conflict is caused by:
The user requested docutils==0.16
botocore 1.14.9 depends on docutils<0.16 and >=0.10

To fix this you could try to:

loosen the range of package versions you've specified
remove package versions to allow pip attempt to solve the dependency conflict
