NewRelic have contacted us to let us know that our cost for APM is increasing from 50USD/mo to 750USD/mo

We aren't getting 750USD/mo of value from APM, so we need to disable this within the next few days.

Infrastructure monitoring is still only 58USD/mo so we'll keep that for now.

This has been completed. I've asked NewRelic to cancel our APM subscription, and I'll track that work in Front.
