Timestamps inside the jar are all 02-01-1980

I noticed that the timestamps of all the files inside the jar are all 02-01-1980.

I'm not sure how much we care, which is why I'm not opening an issue and instead just asking if people might ever notice this or care about it. It's maybe nice to kinda know or get an idea of how old a thing is.
