Make query selection more evident in output

If you run multiple queries back to back that produce the same answer, it's difficult to tell when evaluation has finished and the latest result is being displayed. One way to tell is to look at the query evaluation time (which typically differs by a few microseconds) however this is non-obvious.

One option would be to include the query selection in the output comment to indicate what query was run.
