App often loses its data and gets corrupted

I use v5.nomie.app, daily I make ~10 entries. The issue is, 1-2x a month, after I start the app, I get the "add your first tracker" screen. And all my data is gone. The app is now in a broken state where it will lose the data all the time, I have to go into browser settings and clear all data for the site, and then import my backup. I need to backup multiple times per day out of fear of losing my data. Is this a known issue or something that can be fixed?

Any news on this? Do you need anything from me to fix this issue? The app is barely usable because of this ☹️
