Health Research tasks are a new iOS 17 feature that should be allowed much more background persistence time.
Currently we schedule research tasks but they never run and I don't know why. Refresh and Processing tasks do.
need to test this with gps persistence disabled.
I guess do what we did for initial bg task work, stick a heartbeat in it and start getting data.
Will need to make a special build for testers with gps persistence disabled and health tasks enabled.
