When a moderator's quota is disabled or set sufficiently high, ignoring a report will cause the count below the report icon to include the un-escalated community moderation reports. Clicking the icon again resets it to the number of unclaimed, unignored moderator reports.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Set report quota to 0 to disable.
Open report center and note the number of reports
Ignore a report
Notice that the number of reports is now much higher
