Thailand: Include a 1KM circular radius around the index case in the map view of the Web UI monitoring page

CHAI would like us to add a blue circle similar to what we have on the android apk. The circle should show a radius of 1KM around the structure where the index case has been confirmed. This is meant to identify interventions that require to be planned to structures within the radius.

@samkanga don't we have an icon for this? Are we getting rid of the icon?

@moshthepitt which icon are you referring to? Could you share a screenshot here?

@samkanga I don't have a screenshot, but we have a large number of issues that deal with the index case. See these. I think that this one might have been the first one that mentions the icon.

So what I am trying to understand is:

• do we not remember that we have the icon, or does the icon no longer show?
• are we replacing the icon with this blue circle?

@moshthepitt thank you for the additional information. I have looked on the second link. Specifically, the comment here. It seems a decision was made back then to only implement the cross hairs and not the 1KM circle. To answer your questions above:

1. We do have the cross hairs icon that shows the location of the index cases.
2. The icon is not being replaced.
   The additional request is to include the 1KM radius circle around the structure where the index case was confirmed.

@samkanga I guess its okay. I still am not in favour of product development through Github issues, however. Anyway, you can unblock this.
