To check if view are being refreshed as expected.
Or if the syncing of the data is working as expected.
If the issue is only on the aggregation, and it's reflecting on the subcounties-it should show on the county level as well.
To see if the jurisdiction view is refreshing correctly.

@ciremusyoka we got clarification that the aggregations should happen upwards from the ward level. Akros say they will institute guidelines to enforce data uploads at the Wards levels, then those shall aggregate upwards to the country level.
