Manual Android settings when using the Tracking Service

In order to use the tracking service as a foreground task the user needs to whitelist the sample application from the battery optimization.
On some branded android phone like HUAWEI with Android 8.1, there a new setting to modify : Settings->Battery->Launch->Managed Manually: Set the 3 Auto-launch, Secondary Launch, Run in Background
