Follow-up task of #1, activating mvn javadoc in Travis requires to fix warnings mostly related to missing @param/@return annotations

melissalinkert added a commit to melissalinkert/ome-common-java that referenced this issue Apr 13, 2018
"mvn javadoc:javadoc" should now report 0 warnings.

With #26 merged, I tried to re-enable this in a branch. Unfortunately, the Travis build is still failing due to a known issue with the maven-javadoc-plugin which should be fixed in the upcoming 3.0.2 release.
