Option to add redirects to --save-old-urls

Summary

Right now the modules enables to keep old url rewrites. For url consistency it would be helpful to have the ability to redirect old urls to the newly generated 'consistent' urls.

It would be nice if copied incorrect urls would still redirect to the correct url. So copied links on external websites, emails, etc would still work.

Basic example

An added option to --save-old-urls that would add a redirect from the old urls to the new urls.
