Discard old 301/302 redirects?

I installed this module hoping I could use it to discard old 301/302 redirects from 1) all the times when I changed a url key and created a permanent redirect; and 2) custom redirects I created in admin backend for various purposes over the years.

Can this extension be used to purge these old redirects? If so, please advise how.

If not, that would be a great new feature.
