--ignore-dependencies are not part of latest build

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
yarn run test --ignore-dependencies

Expected behavior
ignore dependencies

yarn test --ignore-dependencies
Unknown Syntax Error: Unsupported option name ("--ignore-dependencies").
