The Services widget displays the upper half of the text of each entry.
Imagine a line of text with with a strike through and everything below the strike through line is not displayed. The text is cut in half horizontally displaying only the upper half of each character.

It also appears that uppercase characters are getting the top couple of pixels chopped off.
