Update the documentation to generate images/containers for Egeria core and for creating images that include dependent jar files for connectors.

The current build process for the containers is rigid.

As part of the work around cloud native I would suggest looking at a more flexible approach. This would likely be combined with the new server launcher (ie not platform) & would entail a selection of what components (repositories, omas, connectors) are desired for a particular image.
