Currently compile options allow build of the HMS connector for

hms 3.x
hms 4.0 alpha 2
hms 3.x with a fix library for IBM Data Engine

Since these are compile time flags, only a single option is distributed to maven central.

In future we need to build all variants

consider using gradle variant support
ship maven artifacts either with optional classifier, or different artifact name
