Add test applications to coco demo environment #221

Several demo applications have been developed to represent coco's

HR System
Directory Pages (ie employee directory)
Security Administration

These can be found at https://github.com/odpi/egeria-samples/tree/main/demo-applications

These should be available for our demos.

Likely will need to be one container per app -- so low footprint will be essential
