FLAC: needs a seek() function in beep to be readded.

OGG: need to be able to check for vorbis encoded file.

WAV: could be added, I'm waiting until after 1.0 to support it because I'd like to be able to read metadata from these files.

if they have valid metadata both of these 'may' work, im leaving in the decoders and the checks for them, the open file just won't look for them explicitly.
