"No solution found, exiting" when installing #483

I'm under debian, trying to install ocsigen start with

opam install ocsigen-start

but I get the following error:

Sorry, no solution found: there seems to be a problem with your request.
No solution found, exiting

I'm using OCaml 4.05.0

I've got the same error here, with Ubuntu 17.10 and OCaml 4.05.0 or 4.06.0.

However FWIW there is no problem with a 4.04.2 opam switch.

Same error with Debian 9.3 and OCaml 4.06.0.
