Add test mode

We should add a switch "--test", which runs the script with the test image "test.tif", then executes vectorize_verify.r. This could be moved into a separate directory called "/tests". The current test directory could then be moved there as well. We could create these directories with a time stamp "test-timestamp", if needed for future reference....
