Describe the bug
We currently show the search icon, but agents don't have access to the contacts section and this creates an endless login loop for agents.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Login as agent
  2. Visit contact with field that has been set
  3. Hover over field and click searh

Expected behavior
No icon present
