cosine metric learning model is not working

@nwojke sir ,I trained cosine metric learning model with my custom data using (siamese model) for feature extractor . After training I integrated that model with deepsort . But model was not able to track the objects of my training images even.
Please let me know the issue. could this cosine metric learning is really needed in this deepsort ,I went through research paper you mentioned as it was needed .but why it's not working in my case.
