[Bios] Create mapping between species and dissection type

Currently when creating a rack, users are shown two drop downs: species and dissection type. As display here.

When a certain species is selected would like a subset of dissections to be displayed. This mapping is defined here

A few potential solutions off the top of my head:
Putting the mapping in the taxonomy-alias docs located here or the biostructure docs. Once you've come up with a solution, make sure to run it by myself, Seth and Nick.
